Had a very awful experience at Nedbank Chatsworth a month ago and I’m still waiting for the manager to call back. If the so called leaders lack basic manners what can one expect from the juniors assigned to them 🙄

06 Sept 2023, 18:32Subsequent to my post I have received feedback from the branch manager and measures have apparently been put into place to ensure that client experiences are enhanced and that staff training has been implemented to promote respect and support of clients. I will do a further follow up once I have visited this branch again. I appreciate the time taken by the manager to facilitate feedback to me
