Grieving daughter

I went into the Nedbank Branch at Kolonade Pretoria to close my Mom's account. She had passed away in November after a long illness. There was an outstanding amount of approximately R48 on her account which I wanted to pay and close the account. I had a certified copy of the death certificate and Notice of death with her ID document. I was told to give the original documents including an order from the Supreme court that I had Executorship. The lack of campassion and rudeness of the Supervisor for R48-00 was not worth it. Nedbank will rather run up the account with costs than close it.

Hi Marilyn

Thank you, I sincerely appreciate your assistance, friendliness and understanding in

dealing with this. You went the extra mile to give me feedback and sort it out.

To be quiet honest I did not expect a response let alone someone who really cared

about a complaint.

Thank you once again I appreciate all the trouble you went to to resolve the matter.

As an ex Nedbank employee for 25 years it is great to see that client service still matters!
