GRIEVENCE ABOUT ***** AT NEDBANK

I am Jacob Paseka Sebiloane my cell number ********** 469/ ********** 275. i have a problem with Nedbank, on June i receive the debit order on my Capitec bank Acc , and i went to my bank to find out what happened and i found out it was deduction from Nedbank and Telkom . And i went to visit this companies at the some time on JUNE and they told me i have opened the acc with them and it was shock for me only to realize it was a ***** on my name. And both of them they told me to bring document to send to their forenzic department and i did that same day for both places. and i thank God FOR TELKOM their service was EXCELLENT they even cleared my name and i received the confirmation LETTER THAT SHOW ZERO BALANCE

I HAVE SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH NEDBANK I DID SEND MY DOCUMENT 4TH TIMES I AND I HAVE BEEN IN NEDBANK BRANCH EVERY WEEK FROM JUNE AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING, I CANT GET ANY HELP. AT THE NEDBANK BRANCH THEY DID TRY MANY TIMES TO SEND MY DOCUMENT TO THEIR FORENZIC DEPARTMENT BUT THERE IS NO HELP FROM NEDBANK FORENZIC DEPERTMENT CASE REFERENCE NUMBER FROM NEDBANK( ********** ) NEDBANK DOES NOT TAKE MY CASE INTO CONSIDERATION AT THIS STAGE IM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH NEDBANK FORANZIC DEPARTMENT BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE BUSY GATHERING INFORMATION FROM ME , BECAUSE THEY KEEP ON ASKING DOCUMENT AND ALWAYS THEY SAY THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THEM. YESTERDAY THEY ASK ME TO BRING MY RESENT PAYSLIP AND I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY NEED MY PAYSLIP BEFORE THEY REQUESTED 1 ID COPY, 2 AFFIDEVIT, 3 3MONTH BANK STATEMENT 4 TEN SIGNATURES 5 MY CARD WITH MY SIGNATURE AND I UNDERSTAND BECAUSE TELKOM HELPED ME WITH THE SAME DOCUMENTS.
