Grey bank nothing green about it

I have been trying to call call center for weeks yo arrange for a debit order date since it falls on a weekend,all of them keep saying that the cannot hear me but when i call help desk i get a response. Now Nedbank keeps debiting without agreement,you guys are annoying with your useless call center agents i need you to trace my calls more than 6 agents,some don't even introduce themselves cause they wil hang up,sies Nedbank with your low service fire the entire staff including the manager cause how on earth would your people have 10 seconds calls?
