Greenbucks total ******* lost R1800 cause you got greedy

I have a complaint your green bucks points used to pay out 36 cents to 1 point. I saved up and had roughly R1500/1800 (Rand Value) of points now i have 6202 points but its now converted to 3 cents giving me R172.

I swiped maybe for close to R50k in total and you giving me R172 after charging more than that amount per year.

What gives i was told over the phone last time it was 36 cents and the APP showed and calculated at 36 cents now after roughly 2 weeks not checking you guys changed the policy.

so If i swipe total with my amex card R130 000 and R10 = 1 points lets say its the amex card no limits and its 1 rand then its 13 000points and you then charge me R220 a year you giving me (total cash going out basically) R390

R390 so basically im only rewarded R170 for swiping and was encouraged to swip with my amex card.

You give someone 180 points on you R5.40 what the hell must i do with R5.4

I had over a grand of rand value i was saving it for a rainy day i could do groceries for 2 months especially during a epidemic and money being tight.

My business account the same no one told me R220 would be deducted and i had maybe close to R10k made and you giving me R27 so if lets say i spend R10k a month (terrible months) for 1 year thats R120 000 per annum thats 12 000 points you know depending, that's R360 and you took your R220 leaves me R140

what must i do with R140? buy a pizza and go yay.

No you guys are theives. I want this sorted out you cannot go from 36cents to 3cents thats a crazy %

Lets do this maths for what i read 4 times points from amex lets say i do 1 million rand transaction you give me R12 000 on 3 cents.. if it was just normal card no cap for example R3000 so for someone to actually enjoy their greenbucks they have to spend over a million rand to get some pocket change back.

lets not even do the maths on bank charges what is it R150 per month lets do that plus the R220 thats R2020 total. right okay so then lets say you only give me R3000 i only get what R980 omg who came up with this?
