Greenbacks team unable to assist my enquiry.

My disgust goes out to the staff, including the so called team leader of greenbacks that failed to call me back in five minutes after the promise was made which is recorded so by the way. They cannot for some reason see how much points i accumulated since i joined in October 2017. This is not on. In last year alone more than K500 was paid into my account and spend. In one month i made two payments totalling R307000,00. I'm sure that is worth something. I could only see my balance after i made the first enquiry on 30 Dec 2019. My points balance is 2600 points which started on 1Jan 2020. I am sure they can track everything. They just have to access my account statement s. I hope somebody from Nedbank reads this and contact me.
