Greenbacks ****** and get no help from Nedbank

My Nedbank greenbacks are being ****** from my account, and i have been calling Nedbank ***** department a few times now with no results. Its an on going problem on a daily basis with no help from Nedbank to sort this problem out!!! The only help I get is an answer that say " please hold, i will speak to my manager". But nothing gets resolved!!!!
