Greenbacks service sucks

Hi

I have order Air fryer with greenback point on 7th Nov

After two weeks waiting no delivery and I called ********** 111 and got ref no ( ********** 4 ) one of agent said it'll take 2 -3 weeks but when I purchase, it dose not indicated like that

Today, is 3rd week and still no delivery and I phoned ********** 111 again. one of agent said she dose not knowing status and will get back to me tomorrow

This is RIDICULOUS service

I am very disappointed !!!
