Greenbacks service non existant

I have been a loyal nedbank client for years

I have loans, credit card and investments nedbank, i also own some shares

I have contacted the greenbacks department on numerous occasions and still my levels are not sorted out

Level 3 for either my credit card or loan Level 4 for my 2 investment accounts

It has still not been added after months of struggles

The rewards im earning doesnt even cover the cost i have ti pay to have greenbacks

I have decided that im done with being messed around by greenbacks so after being a loyal client for years i am moving my bank account, taking my investments, closing all my accounts and selling my shares.

Well done greenbacks for being so pathetic
