Greenbacks rewards

<p>So for 2 weeks now, the Nedbank greenbacks store has had a technical glitch, where if you order more than one item IN A DAY, only one item will be processed, and others will fail.</p> <p>Did they call me to confirm upcoming delivery of my order, yes. Did they use the same phone call to let me know that two thirds of my order was cancelled? No.</p> <p>Did they take 15 minutes to add some text to their online store, informing me of this? No.</p> <p>Have they done this since? No.</p> <p>Seriously, to have an issue of this magnitude, for 2 WHOLE WEEKS, and not institute ANY COMMUNICATION AT ALL ABOUT IT, is the kind of customer service I'd expect from from a comatose mongolian fruitbat selling guano.</p> <p>Nedbank, please realise that the year is 20127, the information age.</p> <p>And if you can't provide simple information directly affecting my interactions with you and your store, I'll cancel a 20+ year old banking relationship and go to someone who can handle communication.</p>
