Greenbacks program rewards

On 29 November I placed an order through Nedbank's Greenbacks program. On the website delivery time for the items I ordered stated 5-10 days. 12 days later it wasn't ever dispatched and the customer service of the delivery company is not even able to tell me when it will be delivered. This looks to me like some kind of **** and certainly not way a serious business should be operating.
