Greenbacks problem! Not what it is cracked up to be!

I am appalled at the kind of service Nedbank is giving to its customers. I am still waiting after almost a most if not more than that for a simple query to be resolved. It is clear that no one knows what they are doing as I have had 3 different stories from 3 different people about the same thing and yet after all this time there is no end is sight. I am curious to know if this type of service is given to everyone or if it is only reserved for some customers? Two Greenabacks cards given to me and both are not working. I have been to your branch twice and the problem still persists. I even had someone from greenbacks call me and promised to sort out the problem and keep me updated. That was the last I heard from them.
