Greenbacks or take-backs.

This is my second review with no response from the business being reviewed. After countless phone calls to the call center and the same amount of promises from people answering the calls, I have only received one call back. Around R1700 plus just disappeared from my Greenbacks account - and all I am asking for is a statement going back three months to see what had happened to my money and I cannot get this. Really inefficient service from a bank who's core business is issuing statements.
