Greenbacks not linking levels

Nedbank greenbacks My credit card is not linked on the levels. And also not my notice accounts. I am supposed to be on level 4 !!! Still sitting on level 2.. After many emails and many calls it is still not fixed. Add my levels. Im paying for this service
