Greenbacks not credited due to Nedbank stuff up

In April 2014, I was called by Florida Nedbank to collect my new gold card. On receipt of the card, I was not told to link my Greenbacks. I use my card to pay literally everything and now when I want to use it to book flights, I get told my points has expired.<br> <br> I called in and spoke to the Manager Craig and Segrie and Prasheeka.
