Greenbacks - Nedbank takes a month to refund double charges - their mistake!

After a month Nedbank Greenbacks still refuses to refund double debits on expired credit cards! The consultants ask for the same details repeatedly and promises that it is being resolved but nothing happens. I was asked to cancel Greenbacks or else they would not refund the double charges! has anyone ever tried to redeem the points? It is deliberately obtuse. Same with Sage Accounting, a "service' on the app. If you are looking for a service and inadvertently press a key, they start charging you for a "subscription" that you did not request. No message flashes on the screen to tell you that you are now subscribed at a fee. Very ingenious and almost *********ly designed system. Check your bank statements.
