Greenbacks is a ****

I have been struggling for months on end to get my Greenbacks sorted out. I am supposed be on level 4 with all Nedbank products, investments loans and credit cards, yet somehow im stuck on level 2. I am paying for a service, to be part of greenbacks and im being done in with my rewards. Hence the cancellation of my home loan application, hence the reason im changing banks.
