Greenbacks is a Joke.

SIX days now and counting. GREENBACKS are a joke. How is it legal to advertise online, hundreds of items one can but via the Nedbank Greenbacks program and it turns out impossible to unwind this mystery. I cannot buy anything from any of the supposed offerings online or even on the new phone App.

I cannot get a reply from anyone that makes sense. I get reference numbers and the next one down the line say there is NOTHING on these references. I have had the phone dropped on my 4 times, once after 19 minutes of waiting. I've had several say that they will call me back... to no avail.

All I want is to use my Greenbacks, but they are making it impossible to do so.

Appalling service, and, quite frankly, ********** advertising.
