Greenbacks! Horrific customer experience

Hi. I have been having the worst experience with Nedbank and Greenbacks. I have spoken to over 25 agents either via phone or the app - since 4 February. No one seems to be able to grasp the problem. Several cases have been opened for the same query because the queries were closed with standard responses. I spoke to Sibusiso on Friday (14 Feb) who is apprently a team leader at the contact centre and he assured me a call back on Monday at 9:30am and it's now Tuesday 2:30pm and still no call.

I have tried calling the contact centre and everyone keeps telling me that the case has been resolved... It has not!

Obviously whoever is reading these queries are unable to comprehend. Is there anyone at Nedbank that is competent enough to help and provide feedback.
