Greenbacks for Nedbank Business is not what they promise
Greenbacks for Business is an absolute mess. I've requested help so many times from my business banker and through the Nedbank app but no one cares. I have no way to spend my Greenbacks through my business that actually matters. I can only spend it on bank or card charges. What's the point of that? I've requested help to get a Greenbacks card for my business and am promised someone will get back to me, but after the first complaint it falls into a black hole. I want this resolved or im closing both my personal and business accounts.

11 Dec 2025, 18:49Absolute joke they haven't bothered to reply. They're going to get 1 more month from me and then I am moving my personal and business accounts away from them. I will also make sure my friends and family move away from this half assed, shoddy, not give a damn attitude of a business. This was never my experience before with them and I'm stunned you'd let it get to this poor state. Shame on you
