GREENBACKS DISAPPOINTMENT

I am extremely disappointed with the Nedbank greenbacks scheme. You do not earn greenback on all your swipes. They seem to work it on a 'hit and miss' process and hope you don't figure out that they do not credit you with greenbacks on all your swipes. On investigation I found that I had not been earned greenbacks for 17 card swipes during the first half of July. I received no assistance from the chat on my banking app, only an agent that kept telling me I had earned greenbacks in this period. 3 Complaints, 3 reference numbers.....NO RESOLUTION. This has been going on since May 2019. How many other people are being cheated out of greenbacks Nedbank? Shocking.
