Greenbacks

I am now at my witsend with Nedbanks online chat consultants and your greenbacks department.

I have spoken to over 6 consultants and complained about my greenbacks and to this day. I never received a call from your Greenbacks or anyone that can tell me what the hell is going on with my greenbacks.

My problem is that i am not earning Greenbacks because it is going towards a loan payoff that i supposedly made on my Greenbacks.

I will say this again and i repeat myself for the 7th time. When i redeem my Greenbacks I always redeem it to the amount that is equivalent to in Rands. If i should redeem the points to an amount that does not equal the points it will not allow me to do so and throw out an error message.

All the consultants I have been chatting to keeps telling me that my points i am earning for my greenbacks goes towards a loan payoff from my greenbacks but none of them are understanding when i say i have never redeemed my points where it exceeds the amount of rands it is equivalent too.

I have asked them to tell the Manager of the Greenbacks department to call me back and every chat consultant i have spoken to just keeps on telling me they have escalated it but nothing comes from it.

I would like to be reimbursed for my greenbacks if not i will simply close my accounts down and move over to another bank.
