Greenbacks COST R49 IN SMS

<p>In June 2017 I purchased vodacom airtime via Greenbacks for R49, for my son. The airtime never appeared, I phoned the next day, they said wait 48 hours, I did, nothing, I phoned again, they said they would esccalate it and revert back to me, by this time it was 27 June, today 28 June, I get the umpteenth offer to use my Greenabcks and think i will try again, I phone a very helpful lady after about 15 minutes gives me a recharge voucher number, which I thank her for profusely and when my son gets home from school I say here is your airtime at last, after much difficulty he submits it and GUESS WHAT R49 IN SMS'S IS WHAT WAS GIVEN. I phone Greenback at 13.31 on 28 July 2017 and get through to a Greenbacks person at that moment my cell rings a call I have been waiting for, I ask pelase hold on for a minute, after 10 seconds the call centre person puts the phone down, I phone back, by this time I am incensed the Greenbacks lady, full of sass, also puts the phone down on me. Greenbacks does not have an email address, they have no problems expecting clients to hold on for 15 to 20 minutes, but they cannot wait 10 seconds and then are downright rude. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, who in todays world want R49 in SMS ??????????? GREENBACKS PLEASE HAVE THE COURTESY TO RESPOND.</p>
