Greenbacks cash back

Nedbank and their greenbacks program which no one can assist you it is always escalated to someone and they never get back to you. So disappointing.

Queried about the level of my greenbacks which was changed from the 1st of November 2024 from level 5 to level 4 citing that I must have an Amex Credit card or debit card hence I was downgraded, so meaning I’ve been down 0.8% cash back since then. Called contact center the previous week, even today I’m still waiting for explanation
