greenbacks...but impossible to get rewards????

Apparently I have rewards I can use, but they are impossible to access????? Sign up is easy, you get recruited by phone but redeeming them requires you to go to a branch....***??? What kind of bank forces you to go into the branch, the kind that wants to 'reward' you but without giving you something!! And guess what, you cant even cancel it online either..so you are stuck paying more that you are 'earning' but without actually getting anything, the shop card looks like a ****! Avoid, even if they offer it for free because nothing is free and you certainly don't get anything in return. Standard bank allows you to even apply online for an overdraft and their rewards are actually awarded!!! Avoid people.
