Greenbacks Bday celebrations

i was in the Kruger National Park on the 25th of September but didnt want to lose out on getting my bday reward for the 10th bday celebrations with Nedbank Greenbacks, so i made sure i was out early to get signal and make the call.<br> <br> which when i did call was told i could not invest my money but had to purchase some cheap stuff from the ebsite which i found curious because you would rather purchase a Weber than invest with the bank, so left it and drove back to camp.<br> <br> but it was bothering me so when i got to the office and Mondays being a mess all time i lodged a complaint Tuesday and then i got an email response form Monique about my query to cut a long story short, after 3 weeks i queried about my complaint as they wanted to track my call.<br> <br> upon which time Monique agreed to add the max redemption to my account which blew me clear out the water, they were going to accommodate my request to invest which should have been allowed in the first place but they were going to give me greenbacks, that was just an amazing response form her and the bank.<br> <br> thank you thank you very very much.
