Greenbacks are a joke! Nedbank small business service and admin fees in excess of R20 000 per annum! Rediculous.

I have a small business account with Nedbank Cradlestone Mall. In Feb 2017 I was contacted regarding American express and the greenback rewards program. I agreed to take the Amex card in order to receive these "benefits". On the 29th of December I decide to check on my balance as I had spent in excess of R250 000 on the Amex card since March 2017 and thought the balance or "rewards" should be quite significant. I was told my account was never linked to the Greenbacks rewards system. This made me furious but I was told that it only takes 48hours to backdate and this put me at ease. However it is now more than a week later amd still there is no progress on the matter.

The second part of my complaint is the rediculous fees that Nedbank charge on small business accounts. I just audited my account and found that I am currently charged more that R1500 pm on fees and admin charges. This is rediculous if you compared it to any of the other banks. My business puts around R2 000 000 per annum through this account and I have been begging for a company credit card and overdraft facility only to be turned down or not contacted at all.

I am looking forward to joining another bank as soon as my greenbacks have been paid out.
