Greenbacks App a failure

Nedbank has a Greenbacks App that is supposed to assist in accumulation of Greenbacks points when you i.a. do online transactions. I have been four times to Nedbank branches and nobody can assist me in this regard. You also cannot register on the App to use it. Seems as if they have a system that nobody is trained in to assist customers.
