Greenbacks and Lack of customer service.

Nedbank is the most unhelpful bank I have ever experienced. The have no customer service what's so ever. Everytime you call their call centre they log a call and never get back to you. I have a query since the beginning of March that has not been resolved. It is now May 2020. It was a simple thing of green back points that I have not been earning. My points is still zero and I have been swiping my Amex card for two months. What's the point advertising greenbacks when it's just a hoax.
