Greenbacks - All transactions are being DECLINED at POS

PLEASE NOTE! This complaint would NOT have been published on Hellopeter.com if your "Talk to Us" was working. As usual, it's not so now I have resorted to complaining on Hellopeter. Now then, my Greenbacks Rewards is linked to a Multi-App Card with number ***. I have attempted to ustilise my rewards at various merchants, namely Clicks, Checkers and Woolworths. All of these merchants accept American Express. There is obviously a problem with the nominated rewards account which has been linked to my multi-app card ***22941. WHY ARE YOU DECLINING ALL POS TRANSACTIONS????? I am able to select the Rewards Account when my multi-app card is INSERTED into the POS but all the transactions are being declined and all the amounts have been less than the available balance. Please do not ask me to dates, times, merchant ID's, etc. Please establish the reason why all the POS transactions are being declined and rectify this problem. Do not attempt to make your problem mine by asking me for irrelevant details such as dates, time, amounts and Merchant ID's. Just fix the problem, please.
