Greenbacks?

I've been a client with Nedbank for many years and the service was good. I canceled my Green Backs with Nedbank some 4 or 5 years ago. Suddenly, on February 19, they deduct a ZAR30 GB linkage fee from my account without me authorizing it. I phone one the toll free number, but took 7 calls before somebody could hear me. Now waiting to reverse my money. Eish
