Greenbacks
<p>In May 2016 we received sms's stating that if you use your Greenbacks Shop card on the 27th of May you will receive 20% back on your 1st purchase to a maximum of R300. I contacted the Greenbacks call centre on 26th of May and asked and confirmed with them that if I use my Amex or Cheque card which are linked to the Greenbacks will I still receive the cashback and the agent advised me that I will. Up to today neither myself or my boyfriend received our cash backs of R300 as we both spend R5500 on our cards on the 27th of May. How could this person have said that we will receive the cashback if this wasn't the case. I feel that we were misleaded by Nedbank's Greenbacks department and I am very disgusted.</p>
