GREENBACK POINTS NOT CREDITED

Good day...I opened a chequ account with Nedbank in October. I made a few deposits in this account and my salary also went in there. I was suppose to receive my greenback points however that did not happen. I have been making calls, even sending direct messages via twitter and also via facebook. I have not received any assistance from Nedbank except for they will provide me feedback when its available.

I will close my account with them however I feel they should credit my points as that is part of my package and I feel they are in breach of contract with not honouring what they promised. I just phoned them now again till i ran out of airtime. Please help..
