Greenback linkage fees app**** without merit or any reason AGAIN for the 4th year in a row!

The Green back charges against our business accounts, are as was the case in all the last 4 years, a repeated error on the part of Nedbank. As we explained in those previous years, and as they acknowledged when they reversed the charges, we never signed up to this programme and these charges are for a service never subscribed to and a benefit never received. The fact that this happens EVERY year, is either evidence of incompetence or dishonesty, neither of which should ever be levelled against a bank. But in this instance what other conclusion could a sane individual be expected to arrive at?

How meaningless their (#takemoneyseriously) advertising is, when this happens to me and I read so maby others.
