I am rather furious - how can Nedbank just deduct/***** money without reason - see attached screenshots.

I saved money for my son's 25th birthday - just to find that it disappeared...ag no man!

The internet help is pathetic!

Please advise when the so called "SHOP card redemption" will be corrected in order for me to give my son his birthday present ****** from Nedbank!!!
