Green bucks not active

I would like to lay a complaint on my savy bundle platinum account, I opened the account during the month of December 2022 and switched my salary to nedbank. I was then told that I will receive green bucks as I use the account as instructed but up until now I have not received the green bucks.

Last month I went to the nearest bank and I was told the green bucks are not active. But from my side I was told it's active from the day I opened the account.

Please assist me and allocate all the green bucks points from that time i opened the account. And if not please change the account to a lower level.
