Green Backs Fee

I was shocked to see a R204 debit on my account and I was told that it is a Greenbacks acc that I am not even aware of, When I asked for a reverse, I am told i need to pay up my credit card fees. This is ******* as I made R380 payment to my credit card on the 28th of November. The same amount I was told that it would be enough to remove my errors. Now I am sitting with less money in my account and I am being held at ransom by the bank that took my money. The consultants give the wrong information and we suffer for it. I DID NOT EVEN REGISTER FOR THE ****** GREEN BACKS THAT I BEING HELD AT RANSOM FOR. I NEED MY MONEY BACK NEDBANK
