GREAT SERVICE - TSHEPISO RAMUSHU - NEDBANK BRANCH SANDTON CITY MALL

I would like to take this opportunity to commend a young man by the name of Tshepiso Ramushu at the Nedbank branch in Sandton City Mall for the great service he gave me on Saturday 12/10/2019 when I came to enquire about a refund that was held and not released on my account by another Service Provider. I was irate and frustrated by this service provider whom I choose not to mention when I got there but Tshepiso managed to calm me down and went out of his way to ensure that I was assisted efficiently.
