Great service received from Ntokozo Ngcongo

Just got off the phone with Ntokozo Ngcongo from the Nedbank Contact Centre as I was having trouble with my credit card. Must say that I am really happy with the service received, Ntokozo explained everything in detail. Yes I am disappointed that Nedbank put a hold on my credit card simply because they could not get hold of me (during the festive season), but pleased with how my query was handled.
