great service received from Nedbank small business (end to end)

i did an online business registration, they system and process online was fantastic, easy and seemless. Then i was contacted by elaine Reddy who assisted me with opening an business account telephonocally. She knew exactly what she was doing and reffered me to a small business banker drom clearwater mall branch. The branch consultant was exceptional!! The process at the branch was lenghthy, i was there for almost 2hours however it didnt even feel like 2hours because the banker was friendly and kept me informed of what he was doing on the system. I am an ex employee of Nedbank and im proud to have worked for such a company mainly because of the service i received when opening my business account.
