Great Service, Great Attitude

Yesterday I went to the Lonehill Nedbank branch to collect a new credit card and update my details. The service I received was exceptional. I was served by Bongani (unfortunately I didn't take note of his surname), he had such a great attitude. Not only was he extremely friendly but he knew exactly what he was talking about and generally just had a really great way of dealing with the people in the bank. I watched him with the 2 customers in front of me and they also seemed extremely happy with the service they received from him. <br> <br> All of the staff in the branch greeted me with a smile on their faces. It really was a pleasure visiting this branch (and I am not one who enjoys going into banks!).<br> <br> Keep up the great work!
