Great service from Sizwe Gumede!

I would like to commend Sizwe Gumede from the Nedbank Customer Outbound Department for his outstanding service during my recent credit card application. Although the process was long and at times quite daunting, Sizwe handled everything with exceptional professionalism and patience. Even when I started becoming frustrated, he remained calm, reassuring, and truly went the extra mile to help me through each step.
