Great Service from Nyameka-Nedbank

I was struggling to download and activate my mobile app due to an internal problem on the banking system. This matter took 3 different days to resolve until today when i was assisted by Nyameka Tolashe in the most amazing and humbling experience. Nyameka was not only helpful but she was so eager to assist with such enthusiasm and energy to satisfy her client. I felt i needed to write this to thank her for being a great ambassador for Nedbank. Surely the bank needs more people of her caliber when making things happen.
