Great service from Nedbank Insurance

I would like to express my heartfelt THANK YOU to Daluxolo Ntombela and Zama Khanyile for their excellent service.

Mr Daluxolo gave me a courtesy call today from the NFIP division. We ended up doing updates on the funeral policy. He was professional, friendly, well mannered and pleasant to speak to. He then transferred me to Zama Khanyile who did further updates on the policy. She was very efficient and friendly.

Nedbank should be proud to have such high calibre individuals working for them!
