Great service by Mavis Simelane at Nedbank Clearwater Mall

I have been going to Nedbank Cosmo Mall for some time (since December 2025) to renew my daughter's bank card which expired and have been sent from pillar to post. I decided to go to Clearwater Mall to ask whether they can assist. I was assisted by a very friendly and proffessional lady, Mavis Simelane who went out of her way to give us assistance. She even mentioned that my FICA was lastly done in 2015 which I do not understand as I once received an SMS from Nedback to do my FICA and it was done in Cosmo Mall around 2023 I think.
