Great Service beyond expectations!

<p>I closed my safe deposit account with the bank and expected a pro-rata refund for the service fee. Thinking that it will be a mission to get it back and was prepared to write it off as it was not a big amount. Low and behold, an assistant personal banker; Queenie Momberg, followed up consistently and professionally and got my refund. Now this is service and I am very impressed, well done Nedbank!</p>
