Great Service @ Nedbank Rosebank Mall

I went to the Nedbank branch at Rosebank Mall yesterday @ 16:00, When I got the the branch was closed but there was a lady whose name starts with M ( Melife) I think, I'm sorry for not remembering your name she's in Lion's team. She tried to assist me in opening an account and my phone was so slow. She was so patient, friendly, reassuring, and welcoming. Even though I left with the account not being opened I felt great because she offered me such wonderful service. She an amazing human being and thank you. I went back this morning I got there @ 8.30 am the branch wasn't open and I was assisted by Zodwa ( Springbok Team) she was so friendly, accommodating, and patient with me. I'm so happy that I have opened an account with Nedbank and I hope the service will remain as amazing as it was yesterday and today. Thank you ladies.
