Great service

I would like to give thanks to Sifiso Mudau from Southgate mall branch who resolved the query I had for months regarding my debit order date for a credit card to be changed as well as the ATM problem I had,complaints department and the call centre I’m still disappointed on the service that I got,it took me to go straight to the branch in order to be assisted.This was too frustrating for me and I thank Sifiso for finally resolving my issue
