I app**** for a personal loan via website. A consultant contacted me telephonically, and the transaction was completed. I was referred to the Centurion branch to sign, which I did. Only to find out Centurion did not follow the correct procedure. I went to Mall @ Reds where Linda went out of his way to assist. Even telling me he will wait for me because this was 15:30 already. He waited for me to return with my id and completed the full application transaction. It is rare to find a friendly, professional, efficient consultant<br> who will go the extra mile - thanks Linda
