Great service

Good day,

I was on a call this morning with Nedbank due to a collections error on my account which has really frustrated me.

I called last week, got assisted by a guy who was not helpful at all. Today I was assisted by Ingrid, it's rare to find someone who understands your frustration and goes over and above to assist. I haven't had such help from a contact centre in a long time. I could hear from her voice that she really feels for me.

I could not keep quite and not appreciate such great service.

Thank you so much Ingrid for your great service. You are the best. Thank you for going an extra mile to resolve my issue. I hope Nedbank recognizes such good employees.
